Benjamin Lück

Lawyer

Dr. Benjamin Lück is a lawyer and is the legal project coordinator of the Marie Munk Initiative against digital violence since January 2022. Previously, he conducted research on intellectual property registers at Humboldt University, taught German civil law at a Paris university for several years and most recently worked for two and a half years as a lawyer in a Berlin commercial law firm in press law, media law and intellectual property law. Benjamin studied law in Freiburg, Istanbul and Berlin and completed his legal clerkship in Berlin with stations at the German Ministry of Justice, among others.
